Overseas ordering information General ordering information Overseas ordering information Video format The videos and dvds in the catalogue are available in PAL video format, which is the system used by Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Western Europe and most of Asia. The United States, Canada, Japan, the Philippines all commonly use the NTSC format. These systems are not interchangeable, unless you have a multi-system player which can playback in either NTSC/PAL If you are unsure about which format to order, please contact the shop staff. Goods and Services Tax (GST) All prices are in $AUD (Australian dollars) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST does not apply to the goods required by customers ordering from overseas (those goods are GST exempt). However, GST is payable on the postage and handling charges.
